NEW! Our May and June neighborhood meetings begin at 7 p.m. as an experiment to see how you like the earlier start time.
 The "311 Walking Club" will start up again May 28 at 6:30 p.m.. Join us each Wednesday evening (weather permitting) for a stroll around the neighborhood. We gather at the Northeast Yacht Club patio, then head out to pick up trash and to get to know our neighbors and our neighborhood better. All ages and abilities welcome!

 The eighth season of the Northeast Farmers Market kicks off Saturday, June 7, and we are opening with a pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. inside St. Boniface Church (University Avenue and Eighth Avenue NE). Tickets are $6 for adults, $4 for children (12 and under). Advance tickets are available at The Eastside Food Co-op and The Modern Cafe, or e-mail nefarmersmarket@gmail.com or call Rod at (763) 788-0975 for further information. Once you've had your fill of pancakes and orange juice, please stop outside at the market and visit all wonderful and hardworking farmers and their local produce, along with baked goods, organic meats, a massage table, and an opportunity to get your eye glasses adjusted! There's plenty to check out each Saturday through mid-October, so stop by often!
 Our Phase II Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP) needs you! The Steering Committee is now forming, and we're looking for volunteers willing to help with this key program. Contact the STAWNO office if you are interested or would like more details.
