Financial report was reviewed and approved.

Reports:
Farmers Market - no representative present. City permits are taking longer than expected. Market is hoping for more vendors.
Crime, Safety, Livability - Community meeting 6/14 with two NE area city council members and police. Send out reminder. Other suspicious activity was noted, including church tagging, people looking in cars, drunks from local bars, assault of senior, hold-up at Dora's. Park needs to trim better for enhanced lighting and visibility.
Land Use/Planning - no report
B.F. Nelson  - no representatives present. Rainville has drafted letter on Chinese garden. Americorp has done work on art leads, but they are finished and leaving town. When is bridge work starting?
Outreach/Fundraising - Committee discussed NRP Phase II and decided it should have a separate task force. Outreach budget was discussed. Should do newsletter to announce fall fundraiser event and possible special meeting on bylaws. Committee recommends not renewing InfoLine subscription because insurance increased so much; committee would prefer to do newsletter instead. InfoLine contract expired in April, so STAWNO agreed to pay for two months of InfoLine. Goal of 10/7 fundraiser is net income of $10,000. Send card to family of Bob Ludford, former board member who passed away recently.

Motion was made (Greffin), seconded (Lenius) and carried to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
